Pet-Agree Grooming supplies has a 30 day from purchase policy for returns, anything sold and shipped from our warhouse can be returned inside that 30 day period. you are responsible for getting the return back to our warehouse. With the exception of an error made on our part, we will handle the shipping to rectify our mistakes. 
all items being returned have to have there originally packaging and be in new sellable condition to qualify for a full refund. All liquids have to remain sealed the way they cam from the manufacture.                                                                                                                       custom order products or drop shipped items may have a restocking fee which will be determined by that product's manufacture.       Orders placed and paid and held at the qustomers request for a future ship date are subject to a 20% restocking fee if held for more than 2 weeks and then canceled.
